David Fine has 7 years of experience designing, producing, and marketing websites. For the past year, he has been working as a consultant in the Toledo area. Most recently, he served as Web Producer of ENERGYguide.com located in Massachusetts.

He has also served as the Webmaster of Quinlan Publishing and prior to that managed a network of websites called The Electronic Policy Network (now movingideas.org).

David also writes occassionally for the Toledo City Paper, and maintains his own internet-based publication, The Mill.
